This was my first year having a company treat our yard, and I could not have been happier with the level of service and quality provided. We noticed a significant difference in the amount of mosquitoes and rarely found ourselves being bit. The customer service was exceptional, starting from the first phone call. Kathy talked through all of my options and provided me with honest information regarding natural verse synthetic(I chose synthetic). She was also beyond responsive when I would reach out about time frames so that I could plan accordingly. I have recommended them to many friends and family – I will be using them next summer for certain!

I switched from a less effective company to Mosquito Joe and have been happy. I pre-pay for the season and get a discount which means one simple electronic bill I can pay online. They come every 2 weeks during the mosquito season like clockwork. They notify me by text the day before, and if I need to postpone the appointment, they easily accommodate that through text or email. Most importantly, if there is a period of heavy rain between treatments or we see breakthrough signs of mosquitoes for any reason and call about that, they add an interim treatment for no additional charge. Their model is really geared towards results in this way. They also provide a portal so I can look back on my service history, pay bills etc.

We have been very happy with Mosquito Joe! The office staff is responsive and informative, and the sprayers are very skilled. Although improved, our mosquito issue remains. We believe our persistent mosquito population is more related to our wetlands, than to the substances used by the team. I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors!

We hired Mosquito Joe to try and manage the mosquitos and ticks in our yard. Until we hired them it was impossible to be near the pool or out on the patio without getting eaten alive. Since we hired them there have been essentially no mosquitos. Truly a required service if you have a lot of trees, bushes, and water around. Highly recommended!

We have a lot of shrubs and decorative plants in our yard, and in the past had a lot of mosquitoes. After we started with mosquito Joe 3-4 years ago, that stopped so we could enjoy our yard again. In addition, our dogs haven’t had a tick since we started having them treat, and they climb through the shrubs and the woods. . The thing I like the most is that if there is a treatment that is mistimed with rain, etc, and the mosquitoes pick up again, they’ll come and treat again for free off-schedule. I would highly recommend Mosquito Joe’s service!

They're efficient and attentive to our instructions on where, and where not, to spray. The people who do the spraying are very friendly and go the extra mile to cover the area well. I like the email notices the day before they come so I have a chance to get our dogs' toys out of the spray areas.
