This is our second year with Mosquito Joe. They set the bar as far as customer service goes. Last year we did the synthetic spray, was awesome. Could garden, sit by koi pond and enjoy yard without getting bites. This year we went with an all natural spray. Our yard smells like an Italian restaurant (garlic) after the application! They come every two weeks with the natural spray and if I have any problems within those two weeks, they'll come back and spray at no charge. High recommendations. Office staff and "sprayers" are great to work with.

They always provide excellent service and are always so helpful with problem areas in our yard. Highly recommend!!

Mosquito Joe lets us enjoy our patio and outside time without a worry about pesky mosquitoes! We also use them for fleas and our pets have not gotten one since we started. Have recommended to many friends. Phil the technician is especially thorough, skilled and friendly

Our technician David came out, walked the yard with me and did an excellent job explaining how they would spray and what they would use. I’m looking forward to a mosquito free yard this year.

We have woods directly next to our pool and once Chris sprayed for mosquitos we've had no issues with bites compared to before the treatment.

We really can't say enough about Southeast Charlotte Mosquito Joe.For the past 5 years we've been with them, we've been very, very pleased. We have 2 dogs so we ask that they call us, not text about 15 minutes before they come so we can get them in which they do. Our regular tech. is Aaron & he is absolutely the best. April 29th a very nice young man David came. I was surprised when he called because it was a Saturday. Due to all the rain we've had they were trying to keep their customers on schedule. David walked the perimeter of our property went back to his truck & then proceeded with the treatment We have a stream that cuts through our property where there's a lot of woods & a double deck so we are very prone to mosquitos. David made sure he got everywhere. He called after he was finished to let us know what he saw & did. He's a very nice & polite young man a true asset. You really can't go wrong with this Mosquito Joes'. I have to also mention that whenever I've called their office, wonderful customer service. I wish other companies were as easy to deal with.
