I have been using this company since I bought my house last year (2020). Every time the professional they sent was on time, quick working and courteous. The product they use really works! We went from being eaten alive to enjoying the front and back yard ! The new season is approaching and I had forgotten to call and see if we could get fit in before my daughter's birthday party (my mistake), which is only 3 days away. I spoke with a phenomenal lady named Kathy. She went above and beyond and found a way to make it happen. as far as customer service, professionalism, products, and pricing goes…. 10/10 would recommend!!

I know hate is a strong word, and I really hate mosquito’s! I’ve been working to make my backyard my slice of paradise since this pandemic started, and the only way I could enjoy it is with 2 cans of bug spray and mosquito repellent, both of those options sucked. Then a friend said “call Mosquito Joe”. That was one of the best calls I made all summer. Keep it coming team! You all are invited to my backyard parties anytime. You each get my all access badge! This company is by far the best. I have been though a number of companies and although many of the representatives that serviced our property, all were pleasant and courteous. Mosquito Joe's were not only pleasant and courteous, they were also attentive and detailed. This was seen with respect to their fulfilling the customers request and attention to the property needs. Being in the quarantine situation there is a need for quality communication between representative and customers then having the workers complete the task as requested. This was done with full and complete results. I'm very impressed and will be signing up for the yearly servicing. A++++

23 Apr 24 Update: I've been a Mosquito Joe customer for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. One of my neighbors has been a customer for several years and recommended their service as a way to join forces in our battle to enjoy working/playing/relaxing in our yards without being eaten alive by these voracious vampires also known as Virginia mosquitos. Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Thanks for the great experience!

I think my technician did a awesome job he came and he put a spray for the mosquitoes. They also have a program where as they can spray for the Rose, which you know DC has a problem with rats so their rodents and I have not seen any since my his initial visit so I do recommend him highly very professional very competent and if he can work around your schedule, he will if you have to run out if he knows you’re coming backin 10 minutes or less possibly he will wait so I am very pleased
