Friendly and professional every step of the way from my first call, coming to my home, and promptly addressing any question or concern I have had. I was unsure of how the process worked exactly but after it was explained to me I am more than happy with the service. Mosquitos were horrible here, so bad I either reapplied repellant every 30 minutes or just stayed inside and hoped they didn't make their way in and find me! After the first visit though, there has been a DRAMATIC change and will only get better each time. Do I expect to never get bitten again in my yard? No, but I can enjoy my yard and pool now without being attacked by an evil swarm of little blood suckers every second I'm outside. So much better!

We have used them for three years and rarely see any mosquitoes in our yard. I highly recommend them!

Just had my first Mosquito Joe treatment, and the process was very thorough and professional. I knew what day they would be here, then a text with the window of time, and a heads up text that the technicians would arrive in the next 10 minutes. Both Jacob and Brett were very efficient and amazingly fast. Loved the follow up when they finished the job as well.

MoJo arrives on-time, retreats anytime requested, and their treatment plans are effective! Great team of folks to work with. Enjoying the outdoors without being eaten alive by mosquitoes is an enjoyable thing!

Mosquito Joe always sends a reminder email on which day the following week they have scheduled your home for service and they are consistent and reliable. Also I appreciate they knock prior to starting to let us know they are there and then I can make sure my dog is inside. They leave a note so I know they came if I am not home.

We had suffered with mosquitoes for years and I drew the line when my grandson, then just three years old, had to go home with over 20 bites on his head, face, arms and hands. I had been told about Mosquito Joe but was a bit skeptical, to say the least. However, one call and I'm a believer. I was amazed at the difference I saw immediately. They worked hard to discover any problem areas, and resolved the issue. We actually have the outside back again. We can entertain on the patio, play outside with the grandkids without worry of bites. The customer service is second to none. All employees we have had contact with have been very pleasant, very knowledgeable, very thorough in performing their duties and happy to explain exactly what they are doing. If they notice a particular problem area, like a clogged gutter or downspout tray that is allowing water to stand they fix the issue and tell us so we can keep it from happening again. As I said earlier, I was skeptical at first, but I don't ever plan to be without Mosquito Jo, again! The outside is truly fun again. Thanks!!

I was a little worried that it wouldn't work that well. I had talked to friends about other companies they had used and they their reviews of those other companies weren't that great. We live on a very wooded lot with lots of mosquitoes and tons of flies!! They came out they sprayed very well and it reduced it almost down to zero. Highly recommend

We have used Mosquito Joe for several years, and they continue to deliver great service! In the infrequent times when resprays are needed, they are always prompt to do so. We have lots of natural habitat that can generate mosquitos; pond, waterfall & many planters, and this service generally keeps our yard mosquito free!
