I’ve been using MOJO for a long time. As I used to live in Minnesota and Florida where the mosquitoes have been horrendous. I have used everything ever invented to get rid of them. Then when we moved into our new house I went to a big box store to get a mosquito extermination devices. I just so happen to run into a young man half my age with the MOJO logo on. I said “You guys must be doing good work because I see you all the time.” He said yes sir, which made me feel old..lol and asked if I need help finding products to use . He didn’t try to sell me a MOJO package. He spent ten minutes telling me about what to use and helping me pick things out. At the end I said” hey, why didn’t you try to sell me on your services?” He said , because our services speak for them selves. I was amazed. This kid was awesome. I asked for his business card and called the next day and MOJO has kept our 10 acres of homestead mosquito free ever since then. I can’t say enough about all the good things and services they provide. Great people and a great company.

This is our second summer that Mosquito Joe serviced us and we will never look for other companies to replace Mosquito Joe. We used to have parties with our family, friends and co-workers in our backyard that includes our swimming pool and they asked us why there are no mosquitoes despite of the fact that we have many plants, and I proudly answer them, "Thanks to Mosquito Joe!"

We enjoy our backyard so much more since starting treatment with Mosquito Joe several years ago. The gnats and mosquitoes used to be terrible for the entire summer, but now they are barely noticeable. Our technician, Paris, did a great job. I always appreciated his texts telling me when he was coming and when he had finished the treatment.

I asked the young man who performed my service today his name, so i hope i didn't scare him off. I would like to actually let you know that he is a really good rep. He always call first, always ask if there is any area of focus, and I really appreciate the attention he gives to my probably long drawn out hypothesis of what i think happens. And he loves the effectiveness of these “granules” from what i can tell lol. Tayvon Phillips is a keeper!

23 Apr 24 update: I've been a Mosquito Joe customer for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. One of my neighbors has been a customer for several years and recommended their service as a way to join forces in our battle to enjoy working/playing/relaxing in our yards without being eaten alive by these voracious vampires also known as Virginia mosquitos. Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Their program works well to minimize mosquitos, while being safe for my dogs and lakeside community. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions before I decided to purchase their annual service. Their rates are competitive and they offer early renewal discounts. The technicians who visit my property are always professional. They let me know via text when they are on their way and when they complete the job. They even send a video message summarizing their visit and close by wishing me a good day. It is small, but important touches that make a difference and I'm glad to remain a customer. Thank you.

Mosquito Joe has been helping treat and protect our property from mosquitos for the past two years with excellence. When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo – he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. But I can tell you it makes a difference for us because he does. We appreciate his work ethic, attention detail, excellence, and attitude so much – thank you, Lorenzo. And thank you, Mosquito Joe team!
