If I ever doubted an application of the product they would send someone immediately to make necessary adjustments if needed. If I needed flexibility with my payment schedule they were accommodating. It's always a pleasant experience when speaking with staff.

THANK YOU for the Thermacell installation. It has been life changing. We run it on a schedule of 40 minutes 5x's per day and it gets rid of 90% of mosquitoes & flies even when it's not on. Mosquito Joe lived up to their guarantee, when spraying did not work, they found something that did. They even came back and reinstalled the system when the location didn't work (for free). I would highly recommend the professional install. We got a portable system from Home Depot the back yard and it doesn't work nearly as well.

Mosquito Joe has been helping treat and protect our property from mosquitos for the past two years with excellence. When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo – he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. But I can tell you it makes a difference for us because he does. We appreciate his work ethic, attention detail, excellence, and attitude so much – thank you, Lorenzo.
