When they tell you the 1st application is 75% effective, and it will take 2 or 3 applications to really kick in, and you will never be 100% mosquito free — they lie! Probably just CYA talk. I just had my 1st application 3 days ago. I am sitting on my deck writing this at 9:45pm and if there are mosquitos in my backyard, they either forgot how to suck human blood, or I have evolved stealth technology and their radar cannot penetrate. If this was before the application I'd be running inside right as it got dark to prevent getting eaten alive. I am out here finally enjoying my deck after the sun has gone down and don't need a lead lined full body suit! I am 100% thrilled with this service and only regret I didn't start using it years ago!

Mosquito Joe is phenomenal! Their customer service is terrific – I had A LOT of questions and they were so patient and knowledgeable. They were sure that I was clear on answers. The people who come out and spray are courteous. They always ask if it is a good time and they are friendly. Plus, the spray is super effective! My yard in years past was unusable! I would layer up, burn every kind of mosquito repellent on the market, and lather on bug spray, but mosquitos would bite right through my clothing! This year, I've only been bitten one time so far! I'm amazed at how effective the spray is, especially because my neighbors don't use the service. I will definitely continue using Mosquito Joe this summer and will continue in the future as well! Thank you so much for making my yard a useable space!!

Service techs and customer service staff are very helpful. We have been using the service a couple months now and it is definitely keeping the darn blood suckers away, thank goodness!

When I’ve stayed at various VRBOs for summer vacations near the Chesapeake Bay, I was shocked that I didn’t have to fight off mosquitos and other bugs. I asked the owners what they used and their answers were — Mosquito Joe. So I started using their services for the small areas in my front and back yards (I live in a townhouse) and, as expected, it works! What a difference it makes – I can sit outside without ever needing bug repellent or citronella candles. I can enjoy my outdoor oasis and the summer weather!

It really works! So glad we tried this! Now we can sit out in the afternoon into the evening without getting bit. Definitely worth it for us.

I like the communication so I always know when to expect arrival. Person who is assigned to our house is very dependable and always closes the gate. He demonstrates excellent customer service. And we are able to sit outside without mosquitoes!

Mosquito Joe is the best service ever! I can enjoy my backyard again because of their yard treatment. I had a miserable time with mosquitoes until they sprayed the yard. Of course, because of the weather (rain, etc), I have had to call for a second spraying on occasion. They always respond rapidly and with excellent customer service. They are the nicest people. It is always pleasant to deal with this company. I only wish that I could give them more stars!

I was skeptical anything could eliminate the mosquitoes around our home. The area is heavily wooded and a haven for insects. We run a small Bed & Breakfast, so it is vital that we provide a pleasant, outside experience for visitors. After only two treatments, we noticed a difference. Guests were able to sit outside at night without being attacked. We also enjoy sitting outside, and now we can. I'm convinced the regular treatments work. In addition, the technicians doing the treatment are always polite and let me know they are here before beginning.

We we're due for another application for almost a week, but my son's second birthday was coming up two days later (it as Thursday, birthday was Saturday) and we had been getting bitten up as we prepared the yard. I called Mosquito Joe late Thursday and asked if they could come out that Friday. Although the office was closed that day for a staff retreat, they sent someone out first thing Friday morning so that the birthday would be mosquito-free. Great, great customer service.

I use them every year and every year they make my backyard a true delight! No more bites!!

We organized an amazing outdoor celebration that was thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. The absence of bugs and other inconveniences made it even more delightful.
