We first used Mosquito Joe’s as a special event for our daughter’s first birthday at our home last year. Bari explained everything from the process to the chemicals to things we would want to avoid if we want with other companies and really made me feel comfortable. I admittedly shopped around and received a variety of price quotes. Mosquito Joe’s wasn’t the cheapest quote but was by far the most informative and overall reasonable quote. We opted to use them and it made a huge difference in a yard we typically can’t enjoy after dusk without being eaten alive. In the middle of a warm October we were able to even leave our doors open for the party and not one person got a bug bite. We signed on for regular service this year and it has given us our yard back.

I've been hesitant for 3 years thinking no company could help, I haven't enjoyed my deck for 2 years because the mosquitos were so bad. I was spraying my yard before going out in it, planted every plant and burned every candle known to man to keep them at bay. This year I decided to give Mosquito Joe a try and I am finally able to go out and spend time on my deck regularly without the work of spraying every single day! The treatments really makes a difference and they last! If you are thinking about it, STOP THINKING! JUST CALL! You will not be disappointed, and they do more than get rid of mosquitos! Ohhhh and the price is great too.

Most of the services are basically the same, but you will not find a more courteous, flexible, quality work and responsiveness company than Mosquito Joe! They don't force you into an ongoing contract, but only suggest a treatment every 21-28 days depending on your needs. Our house in NW DC always had mosquitoes and other flying insects around – particularly at night when we were coming home from work or being out. They disappeared almost entirely with the first treatment and was even better after the 2nd. Staying with them from now on!

23 Apr 24 Update: I've been a Mosquito Joe customer for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. One of my neighbors has been a customer for several years and recommended their service as a way to join forces in our battle to enjoy working/playing/relaxing in our yards without being eaten alive by these voracious vampires also known as Virginia mosquitos. Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Thanks for the great experience!
