They do an an excellent job of eliminating the pesky bugs! They are also very reliable with notifications as to when they are coming so I can make sure the gates are open and the cat is safely in the house. I've been using them for several years now and couldn't be more pleased.

When I’ve stayed at various VRBOs for summer vacations near the Chesapeake Bay, I was shocked that I didn’t have to fight off mosquitos and other bugs. I asked the owners what they used and their answers were — Mosquito Joe. So I started using their services for the small areas in my front and back yards (I live in a townhouse) and, as expected, it works! What a difference it makes – I can sit outside without ever needing bug repellent or citronella candles. I can enjoy my outdoor oasis and the summer weather!

After a very buggy summer last year, my husband and I decided to book Mosquito Joe for the 2022 summer so we could actually enjoy our yard. I've been thrilled with their service and have noticed a significant difference in mosquitos. We no longer get bit to death and have enjoyed our yard all summer. The techs are always very professional, quick, and efficient. If you've been hesitant, don't be any longer, I can't recommend Mosquito Joe enough.

When they tell you the 1st application is 75% effective, and it will take 2 or 3 applications to really kick in, and you will never be 100% mosquito free — they lie! Probably just CYA talk. I just had my 1st application 3 days ago. I am sitting on my deck writing this at 9:45pm and if there are mosquitos in my backyard, they either forgot how to suck human blood, or I have evolved stealth technology and their radar cannot penetrate. If this was before the application I'd be running inside right as it got dark to prevent getting eaten alive. I am out here finally enjoying my deck after the sun has gone down and don't need a lead lined full body suit! I am 100% thrilled with this service and only regret I didn't start using it years ago!

After contacting three other companies last season, we decided to go with Mosquito Joe, even though it was a bit more expensive. Eileen spent so much time on the phone with me asking questions about our yard and trying to fully understand the layout of our 3 acre property, that I felt very confident that they were going to do the best job, and I was right!!! They created a barrier all around our huge yard and kept us mosquito-free almost 100% of the time. On the rare occasion that we saw one or two flying around, which was always as we were nearing our next scheduled spray, all I needed to do was send a quick email and they would come out a day or two early if need be. I love that they always send a reminder email the day before they come, and all the techs who did the spraying were very friendly. My only complaint, if you can even call it a complaint, is that I wish there was more consistency in the techs who come out each time. Especially for our large yard, it would be better to have them be familiar with our property line and the various areas that need sprayed and/or don’t need sprayed. There were a few times that I had to walk outside and direct them to areas that I noticed they hadn’t sprayed. But again, they were all very friendly and seemed glad to oblige!! I highly recommend Mosquito Joe and I look forward to another bite-free year in my yard!!

With all the rain we've had this season- it's been rough. I had an issue with moquitos being present after treatment. I reached out to the company and the problem was resolved with haste! They altered the treatment plan and I sit freely in my yard without being bitten! No complaints here.

If I ever doubted an application of the product they would send someone immediately to make necessary adjustments if needed. If I needed flexibility with my payment schedule they were accommodating. It's always a pleasant experience when speaking with staff.
