My backyard was inaccessible due to the swarms of mosquitoes as soon as you went outside. Since Mosquito Joe I can spend hours outside before the first hint of a mosquito and I have yet to come back in with a single bite! It has allowed us to host backyard parties for family and friends so much so that we invested in enclosing our fence since more family gatherings are possible. I also noticed not getting bitten in the front of the house a well. We were able to spend 4+ hours planting and weeding the front lawn! The service technicians are always prompt and respectful and usually call us before they arrive or to alert us if we left a window open prior to spaying. Thanks again !!

Mosquito Joe has been helping treat and protect our property from mosquitos for the past two years with excellence. When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo – he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. Their botanical spray works to reduce mosquitos to make our backyard useable. Customer service has always been great ( I have been a customer for 5 years).

We have subscribed to this company's service for several years and are pleased with our interactions. A few years ago, a neighbor stated that our yard was the worst for mosquito bites when walking by. No longer. No one is being attacked anymore. This past week ( 04/2024) Tim Punch was here for mosquito yard treatment. He sent a message letting he would be here and met me to introduce himself. Mr Tim Punch is friendly and professional. It is always nice to know the people providing service at the home. I no longer have mosquitos in my house at night. We are not bitten when we walk outside. We are very happy with this care.

23 Apr 24 Update: I've been a Mosquito Joe customer for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. One of my neighbors has been a customer for several years and recommended their service as a way to join forces in our battle to enjoy working/playing/relaxing in our yards without being eaten alive by these voracious vampires also known as Virginia mosquitos. Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Thanks for the great experience!

The gnats and mosquitoes used to be terrible for the entire summer, but now they are barely noticeable. Our technician, Paris, did a great job. I always appreciated his texts telling me when he was coming and when he had finished the treatment.
