This is my second year using Mosquito Joe. They do an excellent job. I haven't had a problem with mosquitos and I live by the water around a lot of bamboo.

We were new to Mosquito Joe summer of 2018. Prior to them visiting our yard, we were not able to be outside at all. Having them treat our yard was a hundred times better. We're able to be outside morning, noon and night. we found less ticks and fleas on our dogs as well. The the service is amazing. I am one very happy customer. We are looking forward to seeing them make my yard usable and not just fun to look at through a window.

We've had Mosquito Joe's eco-friendly treatment for the past few summers and we have not been happier with the company service and the work by our tech, John. We're able to use our backyard on weekends and afternoons with nearly zero mosquito sitings (or bitings!). The eco friendly treatment is nice in that is hasn't driven away bees, butterflies, fireflies, or other productive insects.

After two sprays we weren’t seeing a change. I called and they said many people are saying they also have mites. They came out that day ans sprayed for mosquitos and mites free of charge! And the office always responds immediately!

I use this service last year and did not get one bite at my property. last year Tyler M .service my property and I was happy to see him back he knoks on the door let you know he's there he knew where to go and what I wanted from him from the previous year. I look forward to seeing him again next year.

We have subscribed to this company's service for several years and are pleased with our interactions. A few years ago, a neighbor stated that our yard was the worst for mosquito bites when walking by. No longer. No one is being attacked anymore. This past week ( 04/2024) Tim Punch was here for mosquito yard treatment. He sent a message letting he would be here and met me to introduce himself. Mr Tim Punch is friendly and professional. It is always nice to know the people providing service at the home. I no longer have mosquitos in my house at night. We are not bitten when we walk outside. We are very happy with this care.

One technician, Paris, recently went above and beyond to get a much needed treatment in despite it being the day before a holiday and there being street closures and other obstacles to get to my home. 23 Apr 24 Update: I've been a Mosquito Joe customer for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. One of my neighbors has been a customer for several years and recommended their service as a way to join forces in our battle to enjoy working/playing/relaxing in our yards without being eaten alive by these voracious vampires also known as Virginia mosquitos. Over the years, several different technicians have come to my home, and all of them have communicated proactively the day before and day of service on arrival times and when the service was completed. My current technician is John, and he is no exception to the high standard of customer service. I have far fewer mosquitos in my yards, and if it unexpectedly rains after a treatment, i just call, and Mosquito Joe will send a technician back out to retreat the property. I also appreciate the discount on their annual service plan if you pay in advance. Thanks for the great experience!

When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo – he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. But I can tell you it makes a difference for us because he does. We appreciate his work ethic, attention detail, excellence, and attitude so much – thank you, Lorenzo.
